The Emotional Logic Method
What is it?
The Emotional Logic method offers a set of personal development tools that help individuals of all ages enhance emotional resilience, especially in challenging or grief-filled situations. It helps make sense of difficult emotions, revealing their useful purpose. By harnessing this emotional energy, people can build resilience, face life's challenges, and navigate change with confidence.

Jill Shepherd
Mental Wellbeing Practitioner & Trainer
Jill is deeply committed to fostering positive mental well-being across all ages. As a wife and mother of three, she has experienced firsthand the power of teaching her family how to break down complex challenges into manageable steps, and how emotions can serve as a tool for growth, rather than a barrier.

With a degree in Communications and years of experience supporting and educating children (ages 0-17) and their families, Jill is excited to introduce the Emotional Logic method to Scotland. After its tremendous success in England, she is eager to bring this powerful approach to help individuals and families manage emotions constructively.

Jill is qualified to offer 1:1 coaching and lead workshops in the Emotional Logic method. She holds certifications in First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, Grief and Bereavement Counselling, Education & Training, Mental Health Awareness, and Adverse Childhood Experiences. Jill is a certified Trauma Informed Coach. She is PVG certified, ICO registered, and fully insured with Holistic Insurance, ensuring a safe and professional environment for her clients.
